Given:

The dimensions of the given cuboid are 8 in, 6 in and 7 in.

To find:

The volume and the surface area of the given cuboid.

Solution:

The volume of cuboid is:

V=l* b* h

Where, l is length, b is breadth and h is height.

V=8* 6* 7

V=336

Therefore, the volume of the cuboid is 336 cubic inches.

The surface area of the cuboid is:

A=2(lb+bh+hl)

Where, l is length, b is breadth and h is height.

A=2(8* 6+6* 7+7* 8)

A=2(48+42+56)

A=2(146)

A=292

Therefore, the surface area of the cuboid is 292 square inches.
