The total amount of people is 150 and the probability of each person winning is 0.12, 150 x 0.12 =18 this is statistically the amount of people that can be expected to win, we are also told that only 15 people actually win.
18-15=3 so we would’ve expected 3 more customers to win :)

Answer:

3 more customers

Explanation:

You take the total times the theoretical probability.

150 times 0.12 equals 18.

18 should have won, but only 15 won.

18 - 15 = 3.

So you would expect 3 more to have won.
