Given:

The two points are C(3,-5) and D(7,9).

To find:

The midpoint M of the given points.

Solution:

We know that,

Midpoint=\left((x_1+x_2)/(2),(y_1+y_2)/(2)\right)

Using the midpoint formula, the midpoint of C(3,-5) and D(7,9) is

M=\left((3+7)/(2),(-5+9)/(2)\right)

M=\left((10)/(2),(4)/(2)\right)

M=\left(5,2\right)

Therefore, the midpoint M of two points C(3,-5) and D(7,9) is (5,2).
