Answer:

V = 17003.1

Explanation:

Formula of the volume of a cylinder: V = pi*r^2*h

But in this case it tells you to replace pi with 3.14, so plugging in your numbers into the formula...

V = (3.14)(19)^2*(15)

= 17003.1

Notes: r = 19, because half of 38 is 19
