A group of friends wants to go to the amusement park. They have no more than $245

to spend on parking and admission. Parking is $9.25, and tickets cost $25.75 per
person, including tax. Which inequality can be used to determine p, the maximum number of people who can go to the amusement park?

245 ≤ 9.25 + 25.75p

p= number of people

since there’s no more than $245, they can only spend the exact amount or less than which is why ≤ (less than or equal) to is used.

hope this helps :)
