Answer:

y = 2/5x + 4/5

or

y = 2/5x +0.8, both mean the same thing

Explanation:

Perpendicular line would mean that the line has to go through line m at a 90 degree angle.

The first thing I would do is look at the slope already given to us for line m and flip it around and make the negative fraction a positive one so it goes up.

-5/2x -> 2/5x

The next would be to find where the line would intercept on the y-axis. It already told us it will go through the point (3,2). So with the slope we already have, count 5 to the left and 2 down. At this point I plotted this entire thing in a graphing calculator. Anyways the answer:

y = 2/5x + 4/5
