She felt like she had won the golden ticket. This is correct because it states that she “feels” that she had won the golden ticket but she didn’t. The correct answer would be the second answer choice!

She felt like she won the golden ticket should be the correct answer because she didn’t actually win the ticket but she felt that she did.
