It’s actually c , when your adding to x u do a horizontal translation, if ur adding a positive u will do the opposite and go the left and if ur adding a negative u will do the opposite and go the right. So if ur going to the left 3 units ur equation will be x+3 and if ur adding a number on the outside of the equation, if it’s a positive number u will go up and if it’s negative it will go down and since it went up 3 units the answer will be +3
