Answer: Snow is defined as wet if there's a presence of water. within the context of snow formation, "dry" and "wet" don't seem to be used literally. Instead, they're wont to provide a distinction supported how each kind of snow is created and therefore the resulting property of either type. When the snowflakes are formed within the atmosphere, gravity takes over. Explanation: Because there were no statements I had to show the definition instead I hope this helped you to find your answer

Answer:Snow in the atmosphere. Once snow crystals form in the atmosphere, they grow by absorbing surrounding water droplets. The snowflakes we end up seeing on the ground are an accumulation of these ice crystals.
