Answer:

A) Side reach and stretch

B) Hamstring stretch

C) Side bend

1. each one should be held for at least 10 seconds and a maximum of 20-25 seconds (depending on how much you would like to stretch)

2. They should be formed for at least 3 times a weak but for best results, you have to perform them 6 times a week.
