Answer: First, you don’t want to make the program too hard or too easy. It has to match your current physical fitness level. You want to be smart about how many sets and reps you choose. Next, I recommend choosing exercises that you like to do. It doesn’t make any sense to put yourself through something that isn’t fun. Also, I think picking the place where you exercise and planning out the program is important. If all your equipment isn’t in one place, you’ll have a hard time finishing the program. You don’t have to spend a lot of money to design a challenging program.
