Explanation:

The net of the prism is composed of 2 equal triangles and 3 rectangles (only 2 are of the same dimensions)

Area of the 2 triangles:

Area of the 2 triangles = 2(½*bh)

= 2(½*6*8)

= 6*8

= 48 cm²

Area of the 2 equal rectangles:

Area = 2(L*W)

L = 20

W = 9

Area of the 2 equal rectangles = 2(20*9)

= 360 cm²

Area of the 3rd rectangle:

Area = L*W

L = 20

W = 6

Area = 20*6 = 120 cm²

✔️Surface area of prism = 48 + 360 + 120 = 528 cm²
