\large \mathfrak{Solution : }

Let the consecutive numbers be :

  • x
  • x + 1
  • x + 2
  • x + 3

we know,

  • x + x + 1 + x + 2 + x + 3 = 90

  • 4x + 6 = 90

  • 4x = 84

  • x = 21

the numbers are :

  • x = 21
  • x + 1 = 22
  • x + 2 = 23
  • x + 3 = 24

hi <3

lets call our first unknown value 'n'

the next value would then be 'n+1'

etc

so, our equation would be:

n + n + 1 + n + 2 + n + 3 = 90

this can be simplified down to 4n + 6 = 90

hope this helps :)
