A die is rolled 100 times.A 1 is rolled 20 times , a 2 is rolled 14 times a 3 is rolled 20 times , a 4 was rolled 15 times a 5 was rolled 19 times and a 6 was rolled 12 times ( what is the experimental probability of rolling a 6?) ( what is the theoretical probability of rolling a 6?)

Therefore a 6 should come up 12 times which is what happened. The probability is 0.12

Theoretically, you should get a 6 100/6 = 16 and 2/3 times. The 2/3 is meaningless with such a small number of rolls, but it becomes more and more important if you roll (say) a million times which a computer can do in less that a couple of seconds.

You should answer 0.167 I think. It depends on what you have been told about small samples.
