To find which equations have that point, plug in (16, 4) into the equations and see if both sides equal each other. If they do, than that point is on that equation’s graph. If they don’t than that point wouldn’t be on that equations graph.

y = x - 4
4 = 16 - 12
4 = 4

4 does equal 4 so that point is on that line’s graph

y = 1/4x
4 = 1/4(16)
4 = 4
4 does equal 4 so that point is on that equation’s graph

y = x + 12
4 = 16 + 12
4 = 28
4 does not equal 28 so that point is not on that line’s graph

y = 2x
4 = 2(16)
4 = 32

4 does not equal 32 so that point is not on that line’s graph

y = x^2
4 = (16)^2
4 = 256
4 does not equal 256 so that point is not on that equation’s graph
