The volume of a cuboid box is 60cm³.the length and breadth of the box are respectively 6cm and 2cm. calculate its height.

height = 5 cm

Explanation:

The volume (V) of a cuboid is calculated as

V = lbh ( l is length, b is breadth, h is height )

Here l = 6, b = 2 and V = 60 , then

6 × 2 × h = 60 , that is

12h = 60 ( divide both sides by 12 )

h = 5

That is height is 5 cm
