The two main skin layers are :-
EPIDERMIS
It is the outermost layer of the skin and provides a waterproof barrier and creates our skin tone.
DERMIS
This is right below the epidermis and the function of it is to protect and support the skin including deeper layers.
To have a healthy skin:
- Shower regularly
- Apply moisturizer to your dry skin
- Use soaps that doesn't contain too much glycerin, it may harm your skin
To have a healthy hair:
- Wash your hair regularly or alternatively
- Use shampoo or conditioner to its limit of usage
- Brush your hair before sleeping
