1. Prisons shall not be inhumane or abusive
2. Gun manufacturing and use is not permitted
3. Public transportation seating and stops must be within a half-mile of each home
4. Minimum wage must follow economic trends for humane income levels
5. Medical care must be free for all
6. Parental leave of up to 1 year for all sexes and genders of parents must be granted
7. Prostitution and public nudity must be legal
8. Homeless and refugee shelters will have human and adequate water, food, shelter, internet, utilities, and entertainment
9. Public libraries with public access to headphones, phones, tablets, and computers must be placed within 5 miles of each population
10. Any use of physical violence and historically derogatory language must result in at least a week of mandatory live therapy in-person or on the internet.
11. Each parent must receive enough money to feed and nurture their children each month adequately until their children turn 18.
12. Slander, fraudulent and damaging lies, must result in at least a week of mandatory live therapy in-person or on the internet.
