Explanation:

w = 1/7 X L

p = 160m

p = 2(L + W)

p = 2( L + L/7)

160/2 = (L + L/7)

80 =( 8L/7)

Make L subject of formula

L = 80 X 7/8

L = 10x 7

L = 70m

W = 1/7 X L

W = 1/7 X 70 = 10m
