A rotation is when we move a point based on a point of a fixed point called the center. For example, a clock. A clock rotated it's hand around the middle part of the clock.

A 180 degree rotation negate a point if rotated about the origin. 180 degree rotation counter or clockwise doesn't matter when we rotate about the origin. In other words. they are the same.ONLY WHEN WE ROTATE 180 OR 360 degrees.

The rotation formula when rotating 180 degrees is

In other words, we negate both points to find our new coordinates.

-(-4)=4 and

-3=-3

So our new point is

(4,-3)
