Can someone help and explain how to find domain and range I'm confused doing it on the last to I know how to do it with x just not x+1 and x-2??????​

Can someone help and explain how to find domain and range I'm confused doing it on-example-1

Answer:

Domain is the set of inputs that will give you a defined output.

In example, f(x)=5/x, the domain would be all real numbers except for 0, because if it would be 0, it would be 5/0 which would be undefined.

Range is the set of outputs that are possible.

In example, f(g)=g(0), the range would be 0.
