Answer:

Open dot going to the right on the number 2.

Explanation:

If the > sign or the < sign has a line under it (meaning < or equal to number or > or equal to number), it is a closed dot. If it doesn’t the dot is open. This is because if the dot is closed then it is a solution, and vice versa. If m > 2, then m would be an open dot (not a solution to equation) going to the right (greater than number)
