Actually there are three of them:

- Primera conjugación. Los verbos que en infinitivo terminan en –ar. Por ejemplo: sacar, amasar. (First conjugation. Verbs that end in –ar in the infinitive. For example: take out, knead.)

- Segunda conjugación. Los verbos que en infinitivo terminan en –er. Por ejemplo: saber, conocer. (Second conjugation. Verbs that end in -er in the infinitive. For example: know, know.)

- Tercera conjugación. Los verbos que en infinitivo terminan en –ir. Por ejemplo: descubrir, abrir. (Third conjugation. Verbs that end in –ir in the infinitive. For example: discover, open.)
