There were several more challenges but these are the top 3. They were also told the could not go into battle because they were not white, important, nor superior. This was one of the worst travesties the United States could do to anyone of another race that wished to fight for their country. Civil rights were not on their side and some of the brightest we had to offer were part of the Tuskegee Airmen. George Washington Carver is one of my favorites! Good luck!
