Can someone solve this for me? Its Solving the following system of equations using substitution.

Y = 6X + 5
Y=5X -9

X = -14, Y = -79

Explanation:

The two equations both equal Y, a constant, so they can be set to each other.

  1. 6X + 5 = 5X - 9
  2. X = -14

Find y by plugging -14 into X in either of the equations.

  1. Y = 5(-14) - 9
  2. Y = -79
