3 coins are flipped. let E be the event that at least 2 coins are heads. let F be the event that no heads are flipped. are E and F mutually exclusive? are they independent? Explain

Answer: Yes, they are mutually exclusive. You cannot have 2+ heads and 0 heads at the same time. They are not independent. The result of 2+ heads nullifies the chance that 0 heads are flipped!
