Take each of the 6 components of health that we discussed in class,
(Physical health, Mental health, Emotional health, Social health,
Spiritual health, & Environmental health) and tell me if you are strong
or weak in that component... If you are strong in that area, tell me why
you think that and how you got strong... and if you are weak in that
component, tell me why you think you are weak and then what you
think you can do to improve that component. Once you are done with
that, then tell me if your "Wheel of Health" is balanced, and if it is not,
then what you can do to get it balanced. Write at least 1 and a half
pages (using essay format to include an introduction and a
conclusion)
