number of ounces of milkshake remaining after x seconds.

Diego starts with 20 ounces and drinks 2/3 of an ounce per second. write an equation for Diego with y being the number of ounces of milkshake remaining after x seconds

y= 10 - 1/4x (FOR LIN)

y=20 - 2/3x ( FOR DIEGO)

Y is what you want , 10 or 20 is what you start with .. whatever amount they drink per second you put in front of x which is the amount of seconds .
