Answer:

Since area =7.7

$area = (22)/(7) {(r)}^(2) \\ {(r)}^(2) = 2.45 \\ r = 1.57$

Then the circumference is

$c = 2pi* r \\ = 2 * 3.14 * 1.57 \\ = 9.859$
