Thesis statement: students in school should be able to use study hall periods however they choose.

Conclusion: as you can see there are many reasons to allow students the freedom to choose how they spend study hall periods Well they may decide to do school work they are old enough to know when they just need a break this is an easy change that would bring great benefit to Hoover Middle School
