Re-write equation

`3h = 2-10-3h\\`
Subtract

`3h = -8-3h\\`
Add 3h to both sides of the equation to take away the "- 3h"

`3h+3h = -8-3h+3h`
Simplify

`6h = -8\\`
Divide?

`3h = -4\\`
Then what?

Your method is correct.

Now,

`\implies 3h = -4`

Divide both sides with
`3`

`3h / 3 = -4 / 3`

`h = -1.333...`
