Natural numbers: 1, 2, 3, 4, ….
Whole numbers: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, …. (All Naturals, plus 0)
Integers: 0, 1, -1, 2, -2, 3, -3, …. (All Whole numbers, plus their opposites)
Rational numbers: anything that’s a fraction or integers, as long as the denominator isn’t 0. (All integers, plus all other fractions)

J captures this correctly. Rational numbers include all the other groups, Integers include whole and natural numbers, and whole numbers include natural numbers.
