Answer:

1/2 or 5/10

Explanation:

When you are adding fractions you only add the numerator (the top number) 4+1=5. So you get 5/10. But then you have to divide to get the simplest form. You can divide 10 and 5 by 5. So then after you are done dividing you end up with 1/2!
