Answer:

4/9

Explanation:

ad(base)/2 = abc

4x(4y)/2 = 4xy/2 = 2xy

pm(base)/2 = pqr

9x*9y/2 = 9xy/2 = 4.5xy

2xy/4.5 xy = 2/4.5 = 4/9

I'm not really sure, hopefully it works. I suck at geometry.
