Explanation:

the slope = 5/3

through (1, -1)

the equation :

y -(-1) = 5/3 (x -1)

y+1 = 5/3 x -5/3

y = 5/3 x -5/3 -1

y = 5/3 x - 8/3 or y = 5/3 x - 2⅔
