B) Helium is not a noble gas because it doesn’t have 8 valence electrons like Argon, Xenon and Neon.

The answer is B because helium is In a group of zero the list neon (Ne) , argon (Ar) , xenon (xe) all have noble gasses based on there number name on the periodic table
