Domain is how far left and right the graph goes. (It’s the x-values of the graph.)
Range is how far low to how high the graph goes. (It’s the y-values of the graph.)

How far left-to-right does this graph go? All the way, both ways.

How far low-to-high does the graph go? From -4 up for ever, but never actually getting down to -4.
