From the attachment, the longest bulletin is 4 meters long which has a frequency of 1. This is followed by bulletin of 3 1/2 meters long; however, the frequency is 2

The frequency is gotten by counting the total dots on each length.

So, the total is:


Total = 4 m* 1 + 3(1)/(2) m* 2


Total = 4m + 7m


Total = 11m
