the diagonal becomes the hypothenus of the right angle triangle

so length and width are opposite and adjacent

Then we can now use pythagoras theorem, we will have

l² + w² = d²

84² + 56² = d²

7056 + 3136 = d²

10192 = d²

d² = 10192

d = √10192

d = 100.955

d ≈ 101 ft
