So cost of 1 packet of pencils(8 pencils)
=8x
While the cost of 30 packets = 30*8 x=600(given)
From this equation ,let us find out the value of x i.e. ,cost of one pencil:
30*8*x=600
240x=600
x=600/240
=Rs 2.5= Cost of a single pencil.
Cost of 25 packets containing 12 packets each = 25*12*2.5
