Explanation:

See, above it written that y = (-4)x

Then below they are giving the value of x

So, according to that we have to solve the value y

For example:

y = (-4) x 9

y = (-36)

You see how y=4x and the left side on the table is x and the right side is y you plug whatever number is on the x side into the -4x
For example let’s do the first one y=-4(9) -4 multiplied by 9 is 36 so y=36 so you put 36 in the first box on the right (y side)
