7/9+6 = 7/15

2:

8+6/3 = 14/3

((7)/(15))/((14)/(3)) or

Then take that in chunks: 7/14 and 15/3.

7/14 = 1/2

15/3 = 5/1

Use those to rewrite it as
(1/5)/(2/3).

1/5 = .2
