The one that I think is the most transformative in how journalists use personal and observational sources to report the news is social media. Since previously the papyrus and the newspapers were very cool, so none of the content was a personal opinion, but the facts or what you want to know. Social networks have been a more open medium for journalists and people so that they can freely share their opinion or what they saw of the facts in different situations.

Answer: 100% would be visuals like social media. Social media has been the most influential part of technology to our generation not only for the better but for the worst. Traveling and getting on sight visuals can lead to showing how you portrayed your observations, and is more likely to be factual.
