Answer:

-1 9/10

Explanation:

-3/10q - 8/5q + 9 = 10

-3/10q - 16/10q + 9 = 10

-19/10q + 9 = 10

-19/10q = 1

-19 = 10q

-19/10 = 10q/10

-1 9/10 = q
