Think about what you have done in the past to let go of thoughts about yourself in order to focus on someone else. Imagine that you received a troubling phone call just before a meeting with a client or that your previous session left you feeling unsettled. What might you do to calm your mind about your own problems and concentrate on your client?

I would probably drink a Monster energy (or any other energy drink would be fine) or listen to music.
