There are a couple of ways of doing this. The simplest is to realize that when bulbs are connected in parallel (as these 5 are) then each one needs 5/8 of an ampere to operate.

1 bulb requires 5/8 of an ampere

5 bulbs require x amps

1 bulb / 5/8 ampere = 5 bulbs / x Cross Multiply

x = 5/8 * 5 Combine

x = 25/8

x = 3 1/8

x = 3.125 amperes.
