1st blank: 0
Since y = 4x, it would mean 4 times x. In the first blank it would be 0 because in the chart x is 0, and 4 × 0 = 0
2nd blank: 4
Same to how I explained for the first blank.
x was 1 so it would be 4 × 1 = 4
