C'C = 18

Explanation:

A'B' = 7.2

B'C' = 4.4

BC = 15.4

4.4 * X = 15.4

4.4 * 3.5 = 15.4

3.5 is the dilation

7.2 * 3.5 = 25.2

AB = 25.2

25.2 - 7.2 = 18

C'C = 18
