If you’re at 60 Hz, it will oscillate 3 full cycles in 50 milliseconds. If you’re at 50 HZ, it will oscillate 2.5 full cycles in 50 milliseconds.

The minimum and maximum voltage depend on the input voltage. If the input voltage is 120V, the actual peak voltage is 120V divided by RMS (Root Mean Square), approximately 0.707, which gives you approximately 170 volts. The minimum voltage is zero, but that’s as the electricity changes direction.
