Answer:

k=70

Explanation:

k=6x+100

x=-5

k=6(-5)+100

Remove parentheses:-
\left(-a\right)=-a

k=-6* 5+100

Multiply
6*5= 30

k=-30+100

Add
-30+100=70

k=70

Answer:

k = 70

Explanation:

Since we have been given the value of x to be -ve5 (-5),

we multiply 6 and -5( value of x). Which gives;

-30.

Then add the answer (-30) to 100.

-

K = -30 + 100

= 100 - 30

=70

Note;

(+ * + = +)

( + * - = -)

(- * - = +)

I hope this helps you.
